Quote: Photography is storytelling, and does what it does best when it engages with the world

Product Testimonial: Manfrotto and Gitzo maintain extremely high standards of mechanical engineering, which for a professional are very important – and often overlooked by other manufacturers more concerned with the digital component.

Camera equipment:

Nikon D3 + lenses 14-24mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, 105mm macro, 85mm ƒ1.4 Nikon-fit Zeiss, 300mm, 600mm ƒ4, 28mm PC

Sony A900 + lenses 24-70mm, 70-200mm

Lighting Equipment:

Very little, and almost never on-camera flash. I prefer natural and found lighting. When necessary, however, a Dedolight as below, and occasionally, Elinchrom flash with Chimera softboxes, Lowell Totalites and 300W fresnel.
