At the age of 18 Adeline Monnier was already working on various national sets and stages including the Sète, Montpellier and Marseille Theatres and at the Aix's Festival of Lyric Art. She has acquired a taste for staging, lighting and the selection of the right objet through her experience as a set prop manager. In 2005, change of direction: Paris, individual training leave, 9 months to reach her professional dream since her teenage years: photographer. Settled in Paris she has confirmed her training and passion for culinary and still life photography as an assistant. After her collaboration with Alain Ducasse Editions she signs her first contracts for the Parisian Néo-Bistros; signs her first culinary book as co-author with the Chef Sébastien Guénard : « Tu vas kiffer le navet » (Editions Thierry Magniers). Magazines such as Côte Magazine (St Tropez, Geneva, Monaco), Amazing France ( Haute Joaillerie , Place Vendôme), Gault&Millau (portraits de Chefs) often trust her for their series. And as if life as a simple still life photographer wasn’t enough, she has committed for 2016 to publish a book: Escalade pour Tous (Climbing for All). This is a great challenge and offers new perspectives as a photographer.
